Yes please, Frank. Anything like would be fine. A similar bungalow came on the market around here, about 18 months ago. It sold for £450,000! That let's me out then.
My interest in houses like these is the link they provide from the original thatched cottage to the modern dormer bungalow of which there are so many now spawned by the Celtic Tiger which has seriously faltered following the banking crises. Look at how small the house is and how spartan the ‘garden’ is – not much leisure time spent there. But in its day it must have represented significant progress for the occupants. The view is magnificent looking west over Lough Swilly – not that the occupants spent much time enjoying it.
