Martin. The fencing is American. The photo was taken in a folk park to tell the story of Irish emigrants to the USA. The park is divided into two sections - the old world they left behind and the new world of America. So along with the thatched cottages of the old world we have replicas of the type of housing they found when they arrived in the new world - and this shot is of the new world.
