I used to know a guy who would insert a needle down the length of his cigarette, light up, and watch with amusement as people waited for the ash to drop. It rarely did, as it clung to the needle.
Martin, that guy must have a sense of mischief about him - always interesting to come across. This shot was taken at a gay pride rally and I think he was just taken by the costumes of some of the drag queens and forgot about his cigarette.
