This shot was taken at a folk park where the living conditions of Irish emigrants to USA are exhibited. One emigrant from a house very close to the one in the photo was Thomas Mellon whose decendant founded the Mellon Bank in New York - now called the Mellon Financial Corporation. Maybe not a Gothic tale but a story of sorts.
